Legal disclaimer
This Historic Data Store is intended for NERC business use by named resources within the HR Workstream. Staff who are authorised to access this system and the data held on it must not permit unauthorised access to the system by revealing their password to anyone else.
Accessed data must not be disclosed or distributed, to any parties not entitled to see it.
The Data Protection Act 1998 requires NERC and its staff to process personal data fairly and only for the purposes for which it was obtained (see the NERC Data Protection Policy). Staff are reminded that they must only access and process personal data where it is necessary to carry out their work and ensure that is stored securely if required for further use. Once personal data is no longer required it must be deleted or destroyed: paper copies must be shredded, electronic copies must be deleted.
NERC has taken every reasonable precaution to protect the information stored in this retrieval system and to minimise risk of data being compromised. NERC reserves the right to monitor and audit all data retrieval incidents to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act.
Unauthorised access [or attempted unauthorised access] to this system or data held on this system is a breach of the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and can result in disciplinary action.
