NERC employees should contact their local HR department should access be required to their historic personal records held within this database. Access to unstructured data such as appraisals, training records and FJPs will only be granted after a full business justification is provided.
The site will be audited on a biannual basis to review access. Each accessed entry will be recorded automatically to populate this report. Audit reports will be available on a call forward basis if required in between formal 6 monthly reviews.
